Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]] ("Dosely", "we", "us") governing your use of the Dosely mobile application and dosely.fit. By downloading, creating an account, or using Dosely, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Dosely.

2. Who can use Dosely

You must be at least 18 years old. Dosely is designed for people who have already been prescribed a GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medication by a licensed healthcare professional. It is not a means of obtaining medication, a prescription, or a clinical consultation.

3. Dosely does not provide medical advice

This is the most important term in this agreement.

• Dosely is a record-keeping tool. It records what you enter and reflects it back to you.
• Dosely is not a medical device and has not been evaluated or approved by any medicines or medical device regulator.
• Dosely does not recommend doses, titration schedules, timing, injection sites, or any change to your treatment.
• Estimated medication levels are calculated from published half-life figures and the doses you logged. They are mathematical estimates, not measurements of the medication in your body.
• Patterns the app surfaces describe your own logged history. They are not predictions, diagnoses, or clinical findings.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in Dosely. Always consult the clinician who prescribed your medication before changing anything. See our Medical Disclaimer.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at support@dosely.fit if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accuracy matters more here than in most apps: the estimated-level curve, reminders and rotation suggestions are only as good as the data you enter. Dosely cannot detect or correct an inaccurate entry.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Dosely offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Dosely Plus").
• Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• To cancel, use your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are governed by the store you purchased through, under Apple's or Google's policies. Requests must be made to them.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• We may change pricing with notice. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Your content and data

Your health records, photos, notes and entries remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to operate the features you use — for example, sending a meal photo to our AI provider when you ask for a nutrition estimate.

We do not claim ownership of your data, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising. You can export it or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Delete your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Dosely for anyone other than yourself, or enter another person's health data without their consent and legal authority.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data belonging to other users.
• Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use Dosely to give medical advice to others, or represent its output as clinical guidance.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the app or its content.

8. Intellectual property

Dosely, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]] and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

All medication names referenced in the app — including Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Rybelsus®, Trulicity® and Victoza® — are trademarks of their respective owners. Dosely is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

9. Third-party services

Dosely relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic, Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always be delivered, that calculations or AI estimates will be accurate, or that data will never be lost. Do not rely on Dosely as your only record of your medication, and do not rely on its reminders as your only prompt to take a dose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]] nor its officers, employees or suppliers is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use Dosely — including any missed, duplicated or mistimed dose, or any decision made in reliance on information shown in the app.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Dosely is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [[AMOUNT + CURRENCY]].

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]] from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of Dosely, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using Dosely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination your licence ends immediately; the sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Dosely after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [[GOVERNING JURISDICTION, e.g. India]], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of [[CITY, STATE]] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
